We kindly request that goods purchased at auction are collected in a timely manner and as per the payment and collection terms set out in our Buyers’ agreement. Invoices are issued at the end of each auction, however goods can be paid for at our saleroom and collected while an auction in still on going.
We offer a shipping service in partnership with Bradleys. Pre-auction, suitable items will have an automatic shipping quote attached which can be seen in the 'Shipping Estimate' tab below the lot description. If an automatic quote cannot be calculated, you will need to contact Bradley's to get a quote.
If you are successful, there will be an option to add the automatic quote to your invoice within the 'My Account' page. Please note shipping fees do not automatically include insurance. Where multiple purchases are made in the same auction, we will endeavour to combine packaging/deliveries to reduce the shipping costs.
Bradley's aim to deliver small items to customers in Mainland UK within 5 working days of collection from Anderson House. Larger pieces that require a bespoke quote, such as furniture, aim to be delivered within 12 working days.
If you are arranging for another courier to collect your items, please let us know who you have instructed after you have arranged for their services. We need this information so that we have authorisation to release your goods.
Please see the list below of other local and national couriers who will be happy to assist you. We would advise that you obtain a quote for costs beforehand. You are of course, very welcome to use an alternative courier.

Items purchased in a Homes & Interiors Auction or a Specialist Auction, should be paid for and collected within two working days after the Auction.
Items purchased in a Fine Art Auction should be paid for and collected within five working days after the Auction.
Any items that have not been paid for and collected within the time frame, will be subject to an administration fee of £20+VAT and a warehousing fee of £1 per lot per day.
Please note that any items not collected in line with the above terms remain at the risk of the buyer.
