Covering traditional art this is probably our busiest department. We hold four sales a year which always command international interest because of the wide selection on offer from Old Masters through to the 20th Century greats.
Furthermore, works by Northumbrian, Cumbrian and Scottish artists always perform very strongly in our auctions, attracting strong local private interest.
