The market for fine clocks by prominent Golden Age makers and specific, precision timepieces from the late 18th and 19th centuries remains vibrant. Collectors increasingly focus on clocks that showcase the evolution of British horology. Renowned names include Thomas Tompion, George Graham, Joseph Knibb, Benjamin Vulliamy, Dent, Joseph Windmills, Charles Frodsham & Co., John Ellicott, and John Harrison.

Small carriage clocks, elegant mantel and bracket clocks, Regency and Victorian regulators, and fusee wall clocks with understated designs and advanced mechanisms are particularly popular.
