A George III satinwood noting table, in the manner of Ince and Mayhew, the rectangular top quarter veneered in yew wood within a partridge wood crossbanded border, the frieze three-quarter decorated with vitruvian scrolls on purple wood, fitted leather lined writing slide above a single drawer, raised on square tapering inlaid fluted legs joined by shaped matching undertier above block motifs, 22 1/2 x 16 1/2 x 28in. high.
